Obituary for Tracy A. Leet
Millinocket – Tracy A. Leet, 61, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at a Bangor hospital. He was born September 19, 1958, in Millinocket, the son of Thomas G. and Dorothy M. (Curtis) Leet II.
Tracy grew up in Millinocket and graduated from Stearns High School in 1976. He then enlisted in the United States Navy and served four years as a Radioman 3rd Class. Upon his honorable discharge he returned to Millinocket and then attended and graduated from Unity College with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies / Forestry. Tracy enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in his garden, and communicating on Face Book.
He is survived by four siblings: Thomas Leet and his wife Ruth, Sally Wilson, Ted Leet, Donna Nadeau all of Millinocket, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two brothers: Terry and Timmy Leet, a sister-in-law Janine Leet, and two brothers-in-law David Nadeau and Fred Wilson.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Millinocket Cemetery with officiating. Those who wish to remember Tracy in a special way may make donations in his memory payable to the Katahdin Area Support Group. Messages of condolence may be expressed at www.lamsonfh.com.
