Woodville - Sherry Dail Kimball, 63, Beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother; was hurried home with our Lord to join her parents Jim and Ardis Ireland, brother Michael Ireland, and dear friend and sister-in law Betty Ireland. Throughout her life, Sherry took great joy in camping, yard sale-ing, attending church and teaching Sunday School, word puzzles, ceramics, teapots, poetry, attending her grandchildren’s concerts and plays, but above all else, she cherished family. She is survived by her husband and best friend of over forty five years David Byron Kimball, her daughters Stephanie Jean and her partner John Ireland, their children Reyanne Elizabeth and Mikala Rain, Blake Isaac and Blake Joseph; Sabrina Dawn and her partner Brian Lary; and their children Anthony Byron and Bradley Andrew; Her “son” Wayne Ireland, his wife Angel, and their children Jarek Daemon and Hadley Grace. Her sister Brenda and her husband Ed Totz, Nancy and her husband Dale Archer, and brothers David and William Ireland. Sherry had several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. She was loved by all who knew her for her patience and understanding, her quick wit and warm hugs, a smile that lit up a room, and her ability to see the best in people. Sherry was a humble and private person, so we are honoring her request to no services, just a small family gathering at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please follow her example and donate a coat, hat or mittens to your local children’s charity.

I was so very sorry to hear about Sherry's passing. She was a great school board member and demonstrated a sincere concern for the children of Woodville. She was intelligent, caring, and dedicated. I was proud to work with her as superintendent of Woodville. My deepest sympathy to her family during this difficult time.

Thinking of you during this difficult time. Through our church (Orono United Methodist) we sometimes donate warm clothing to the street pastors of Bangor. Tracey's crochet hook will be busy making a very warm hat to donate in Sherry's memory. - Kris and Tracey Nute
