Obituary for Robin Stratton (Perkins)
Mattawamkeag - Robin Lee Stratton, 59, passed away, Sunday, December 22, 2019. She was born March 3, 1960, in Lincoln, the daughter of Clifford and Colleen Mae (Wyman) Perkins.
There are no words to describe the pain in our hearts today. We lost you way too soon. You were the most amazing mom to “your girls” Shandi, Stacee, Stefani, Kaci, and Kari-Jo. We were your life and everyone that knew you knew that. Your huge heart and soft smile will live on in all of us. You had more strength than anyone in this world. You were such a hard worker and made sure we all had what we needed.
You were the best “MiMi” there was, and you always made sure that all your grandkids, knew just how much you loved them all. Colleen was more than your granddaughter. She was more like a daughter. You took her in with no questions asked and you raised her as your own. Isaiah, Colleen, Gavynn, Cadin, Madison, Chloe, Kolby, Kiki, baby Kyler, Jolee, Dawson, and Elise were the luckiest kids to have you as a MiMi. We will make sure they continue to know you through us.
We will continue to take care of your garden and make sure your spirit stays alive up there on the hill.
She is survived by a brother Rodney Perkins of Mattawamkeag, she always looked up to him and loved him dearly.
She had so so many close friends, Roger and Lisa Jordan, thank you so much for everything you did for our mom. Ann and Hound Dog, Sandy Labelle, April and Phil Burril, and so many more friends that she really adored. Sadie Perry was her absolute best friend of thirty years, and now they are together.
She also leaves behind her former husband Eugene Stratton to whom she was married to for thirty six years. He always loved our mom as she loved him.
Thank you to everyone for loving our mom. If you had the pleasure of being in her life then please let her live on in the stories and memories you have of her.
