Millinocket – Robert J. Tinkham, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at his home in Millinocket, after a period of declining health. He was born August 8, 1949 in Millinocket, the son of Joseph E. and Ernestine L. (Currier) Tinkham.
Robert grew up in Millinocket, and was a graduate of Stearns High School, class of 1967. Dear Mary and Family,
We were so sorry to learn of Bob's passing. I taught with Bob for over 20 years at Stearns, and what a great guy he was! Always smiling and joking, and he related so well with the students. He really was a teacher's teacher. He will be missed by all who knew him.
