Obituary for Raymond C. Milner Sr.
Lincoln – Raymond C. Milner, Sr., 90 passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at a Millinocket health care facility. He was born April 22, 1932 in Lincoln, the son of V. Harlan and Kathleen (Pickering) Milner.
Raymond grew up in Lincoln, and went on to work for the State of Maine Department of Transportation, retiring in 1985. He enjoyed maintaining his lawn, and traveling to the coast with his wife and son, Raymond Milner, Jr. and his wife Tammy. Raymond will be remembered as an honest, hard working man.
In addition to his son and daughter in law, Raymond is survived by a sister, Corrice Jordan and her husband Harvey, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Raymond was predeceased by his wife, Lydia M. (Briggs) Milner, and two siblings.
Graveside services will be held in the springtime at the Lincoln Center Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, Lincoln.
