Obituary for Paul A. "Bub" Paradis Jr.

Howland – Paul A. “Bub” Paradis, Jr., 56, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 27, 2022. He was born April 20, 1965 in Lincoln, the son of Paul and Sandra (Rhodes) Paradis, Sr.

Bub grew up on Mohawk Road in Enfield, and was a graduate of Howland High School, class of 1985. Paul enjoyed baseball, and collecting and trading baseball cards. He worked as a welder for many years and was also known as Pap. Paul had a passion for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and riding his Harley. He especially enjoyed icefishing the most each winter with trips to Nicatous with his brother Wade and Mark Tash. He enjoyed camping trips to Jo-Mary Lake. He also enjoyed trying new recipes for smoking different meats on his smoker.

In addition to his parents of Enfield, Paul is survived by his fiancé Dorothy (Spencer) Lloyd of North Howland, with whom he shared the last 18 years; his siblings Wade Paradis and his wife Lisa of Edinburg, Tanya Winchenbach and her husband Craig of Rockport, and David Paradis and his wife Gale of Virginia; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Paul will also be sadly missed by Mark and Bonnie Tash and Sally and Junior Spencer.

Memorial services will be held 11 AM Friday, February 4 at the Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Services will be livestreamed and may be viewed, and messages of condolence expressed, at Paul’s Book of Memories at www.lamsonfh.com.
