Carroll Plantation - Patsy Ann (Bishop) Flynn, 83, left this earth peacefully to be with her Lord on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. She was born October 14, 1936, in Carroll Plantation, the daughter of the late William A. and Eva May (McIntyre) Bishop.

Patsy graduated from beautician school in Bangor and received her beauticians license. She also attended and graduated from the University Of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. Patsy taught swimming lessons at Bottle Lake. As an advocate at KFI in Millinocket and as an Ed. Tech at Lee Academy she was able to touch many lives. She also worked at the Carroll Plantation Town Office as Treasurer for twenty five years. Patsy loved spending time with her family and really enjoyed mowing the lawn and planting flowers. She was also an accomplished crocheter and rug maker, and delighted in her book club.

Patsy is a much loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was the center of our family and will be greatly missed. She will be forever in our hearts.

Patsy is survived by her husband Christopher Flynn, three children: Terry Worster and her husband Rodney, Christopher Flynn and his significant other Patti, Kelly Coffin and her husband Dale, four grandchildren: Raven Flynn, Corey Sutherland and her husband Wayne, Matthew Coffin, Eddie Nicholas and his fiance Leann, as well as three great grandchildren: Lucien Tibbetts, Eva Corbin, and Tru Weatherbee.

A graveside service will be conducted at Lindsey Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel.

Patsy was a great neighbor to this flatlander, always welcoming me into her home to visit with her and Chris as well as allowing me the privilege to roam on their beautiful farm to fish and hunt. It was obvious when talking with her she loved her family, her town and her occupation. I enjoyed hearing from her the history of the area and especially the early years on the farm with her parents Bill & Eva. My condolences to Chris and the family, she was truly a special lady and will be missed.
