Obituary for Patricia Mildred Frye (Young)
Danforth – Patricia Mildred (Young) Frye, 86, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln after a long illness.
She was born November 13, 1932 in Danforth to Hubert and Ruth (Cropley) Young. She attended school and resided in Danforth her entire life. There she raised her sons and played a very instrumental role in the lives of all her grandchildren.
She is survived by her former husband, Douglas Frye, and their sons and families – Robert Frye and his wife Sharon of Danforth and their children, Michelle, Jeremy, Amanda, and Joshua; and Mitchell Frye and his wife Rhonda, also of Danforth, and their children Ben, Micah, and Josh. Patricia is additionally survived by her siblings Irene Malone and her husband Larry of Bangor and Laurel Young of Connecticut, and a sister in law, Wanda Young. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings, Christina Moody, Althea Rouse, and Brian Young.
Graveside services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, October 5 at the Hilltop Cemetery, Danforth.
