Obituary for Nikkolas Wink Libbey

Bangor and Lincoln- Nikkolas Wink Libbey, 28, passed Saturday March 30, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Nikk was born January 21, 1991, in Bangor, the son of Wink and Leslie (Shorey) Libbey,
Nikk was a diehard Celtic’s and Redsox fan. If he wasn’t spending time with Amber and Austyn he could be found glued to the T.V. watching his favorite sports teams. Nikk fought several battles with cancer, beating Leukemia at age 10, with the help of his sister who graciously gave her bone marrow to save her brothers life. In 2018 he was yet again diagnosed with cancer; giving metastatic colon and brain cancer a run for their money. Nikk was a strong, courageous, funny young man who always had a smile or a laugh for you. He was a great son, brother, friend, and daddy Nikk.
He was predeceased by grandfather Kenneth Libbey, and grandmother Marice (Reed)Shorey
He is survived by parents, Leslie and Wink Libbey; sister, Brittany Libbey; fiancé, Amber Embleton and her son, Austyn; grandparents, Roxanne and Clark Shorey, grandmother, Mary Libbey; his beloved dog, Elly; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family 6-8PM Friday, April 5, 2019 at Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, A celebration of Nikk’s life will be held 12-2PM Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Lincoln Christian Fellowship Hall, 689 W Broadway, Lincoln.
