Obituary for Nancy Smalley (Wiswell)
Nancy Wiswell Smalley, 93, of Lincoln, Maine, formally of Somersworth, NH, passed away at home surrounded by family on July 5, 2019.
Nancy will be remembered by the many lives she touched and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She befriended people in all her endeavors and adventures.
She was active in the Methodist Church in Lynn, Massachusetts, Berwick, Maine, and Lincoln, Maine. She volunteered at the Somersworth NH Food Cupboard. She loved her family and friends unconditionally.
Nancy is survived by Robert Emery Smalley of Lincoln, her husband of 72 years, her son Robert Eugene Smalley and his wife Deborah of Mechanicsville, VA, her daughter Susan Head and her husband William of Lincoln, five grandchildren, Heather Terry and her husband Robert of Mechanicsville, VA, Jennifer Smalley of Mechanicsville, VA, Bryan Head and his partner Faye Larrivee of Auburn, ME, Katherine Hurd and her husband Chad of Atlanta, GA, and Burt Head and his wife Laura of Hampden, ME and eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 11 AM Thursday July 11, 2019 at the United Methodist Church, 8 Lee Road, Lincoln, ME.
