Obituary for Mary B. Gero
Lincoln – Mary B. Gero, 78, wife of the late Robert J. Gero, died Monday, November 4, 2019 at her home in Lincoln. She was born April 28, 1941 in Old Town, the daughter of Leon and Leona (Duplessis) Ouellette.
Mary is survived by three children, Reggie, Ricky, and Judy; two grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mary will also be missed by special four footed friends who she enjoyed keeping company with. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Bernice Field, Rita Umbro, and Audrey LeMarre, and three brothers, Donald Ouellette, Barney Ouellette, and Robert Ouellette.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Beacon Hospice for the love and support given to Mary and to the family during her final days. Also, Donald Duplessis, Mary’s cousin, who helped keep Mary’s spirits up as well as those of her daughter, as well as another cousin, Rita Bull, who provided extra care and support.
Friends are invited to visit with the family 1-3 P.M. Sunday, November 10 at the Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 10 A.M. Monday, November 11. Private interment will be at a later date at the Lincoln Cemetery.
