Luigi Pacelli, 65, passed away Saturday July 7, 2018 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Bangor, while surrounded by family. He was born August 28, 1952, in San Salvatore Telesino, Italy, the son of Leucio and Gioconda (Maturo) Pacelli.

Luigi was raised in Italy and came to the United States at the age of seventeen. He worked many different jobs throughout the years, and later returned to Italy for a year to help his parents on the family farm growing olive and fig trees. He liked playing soccer when he was younger and was an avid New York Yankees fan. He also enjoyed sports cars.

He is survived by three children: Leucio Pacelli and his wife Anita of Rockland, Jacqueline Trott and her husband Roger Jr. of Lincoln, Luigi Pacelli of Rockland, six grandchildren: Luigi, Leucio, Domonic Pacelli, Dustin, Kortnie, James Trott. He also leaves behind three siblings: Rocco Pacelli and his wife Adelaide, Francesca Iamunno and her husband Antonio, Matilde Zito and her fiance Mark D'urso all of Connecticut, as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 1-2 PM Friday July 13, 2018 at the Lamson Funeral Home 11 Tamarack St. Millinocket. The procession will leave the funeral home for Town Line Hill Cemetery, Enfield at 2:15 PM, where a 3 PM graveside will be conducted with the Rev. Ralph Jacobs officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to a reception at the home of Jacqueline Trott 380 Transalpine Rd. Lincoln, following the service. A hostess will be available to receive food at the residence.
