Obituary for Louisette A. Gagnon

WEST ENFIELD - Louisette Gagnon, 83, passed away January 19, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at Northern Light. She was born July 18, 1939, in Courcelles, Quebec, to Odilon and Angéline (Gagné) Goulet. She enjoyed being with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, going on her family vacations, playing cards with her friends, as well as being active in her church through the daughters of Isabella and the Ladies of St. Anne.
She is survived by her loving husband Gerard Gagnon; daughters Solange and friend Clement, Brigitte and husband Gilbert, Prescille and husband Danny, her sons Roch and wife Laurie, Marc and wife Shelia, and stepchildren, Steve and friend Nathalie, Helene and husband Steve, and Kevin and friend Kathy. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren as well as 7 of her siblings. She was predeceased by her first husband Magloire Lachance, son-in-law Côme Gagné, step daughter-in-law Brenda Gagnon, and 5 siblings. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Our Lady of the Eucharist Parish, St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 18 River Road, Howland, with Fr. Anthony K. Chinnaiyan, HGN, pastor, presider. Spring interment will be in St. Robert, Quebec. Arrangements are by Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, Lincoln. Services will be livestreamed and may be viewed, and messages of condolence expressed, at Louisette’s Book of Memories at www.lamsonfh.com.
