Obituary for Llewellyn Jacobs

BRIDGTON - Llewellyn Francis Jacobs, 61, died April 22, 2022, at his home. He was born January 9, 1961, in Lincoln, Maine, the son of Millage and Lillian (DiCesare) Jacobs.
Llewellyn was loved by all who knew him and will be sadly missed by all. Everyone that knew Lou, knew he loved to joke around. He was a very kindhearted man and fun spirited. Llewellyn loved his dog Bear that passed away at age 16 in 2020. Lou would always be seen everywhere with his beloved lil Bear.
Lou enjoyed his truck driving career, local and over the road driving.
Lou enjoyed riding his Harley on his days off and always looked forward to his trips to Laconia each year with his brothers, cousins, and friends.
Lou was also passionate about music and loved doing his part time job of being a DJ at special events.
Lou enjoyed his outdoor activities which included boating, hunting, fishing both fresh water and deep sea, mountain climbing or just being by the ocean in the fresh air.
He is survived by three siblings, Lynn Jacobs and Donna of Surprise, AZ, Allen Jacobs and Theresa of Kingman, Carolyn Jacobs Simpson of Port St. Lucie, FL; nieces and nephews, Shane Jacobs and Mary of Bar Harbor, Wade Jacobs and Ginny of NC, Ginger Jacobs Allen of Millinocket, Annie Simpson Robinson and Michael of FL, Shannon Simpson of Fl, Hannah Jacobs Hanna and Cody of AZ, Micah Jacobs of AZ, Leah Jacobs of AZ, Mandy Ferland and Ben of Lincoln, Kristopher Ferguson and Desiree of Carroll Plantation; fifteen grand nieces and nephews; his beloved aunts, Jean DiCesare, Virginia Jacob Bilodeau, Ruth Jacob Marrocco and Loris Di Cesare; and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Millage and Lillian (DiCesare) Jacobs and his brother Nathan Jacobs.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 13, at Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, May 14. Interment will be at the Jacobs Family Cemetery, Kingman. Services will be livestreamed and may be viewed, and messages of condolence expressed, at Llewellyn’s Book of Memories at www.lamsonfh.com.
