WAITE- Lendin Alton Stoddard Sr., 65, died February 24, 2019 at home with his wife Agnes. He was born June 14, 1953 in Eaton, Maine the son of Kenneth and Rosalind Stoddard.
He loved hunting, fishing, collecting old antiques, and working on lawn mowers in the summer months. Lendin worked many years in the woods industry as a crane and skidder operator.
In addition to his parents, Lendin was predeceased by a sister Laura Harriman.
Lendin is survived by his wife Agnes (Drape) Stoddard; three children, Lendin Jr. and his wife Joy of Danforth, Tammy and Kevin of Lincoln, and April of Danforth; one stepson, Michael Rancourt; three grandchildren, Kimberly, Lendin III, and Crystal Stinson; two brothers, Robert of Topsfield and Kenneth and his wife, Carol of Woodland; one sister, Robin and her husband, Gerald Greenlaw of Baileyville; and also many nieces and nephews. Lendin will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers if anyone would like to make a donation to help with expenses a savings account has been set up at Machias Savings Bank in Danforth.
