Obituary for Laurence A Foster
Medway – Laurence A. Foster, 89, died Sunday, May 22, 2022 at a Bangor hospital. He was born December 1, 1932 in Milbridge, the son of Arnold L. and Eva M. (Chipman) Foster.
Laurence was a veteran of the Air Force, was a Trooper with the Maine State Police, and worked for Cianbro and Great Northern Paper Company.
He is survived by two children, Pamela Hoxie and her husband William, and Dana Foster; several children, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Laurence was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Phillip Foster, a sister Frances Chipman, and an infant sister Mildred Foster.
Graveside services with military honors will be held 11 AM Friday, June 24 at the Evergreen Cemetery, U.S. Route 1, Milbridge. Arrangements are by Lamson Funeral Home, Lincoln. Messages of condolence may be expressed at Laurence’s Book of Memories at www.lamsonfh.com.
