Obituary for Kenneth Clark

East Millinocket - Kenneth W. Clark 91, Passed away peacefully on May 28th 2021 at Katahdin Health Care. He was born on April 4th 1930 to Lila E. (Clark) Crosby, raised by George A. and Mary Ann Runnells.
Kenny attended Schenck High School until 10th grade. He then went into the Air Force from June 16th, 1952 to June 1st, 1956. When Kenny returned home he worked at Great Northern Paper until he retired on January 1st, 1987.
Kenny loved fishing, hunting, camping at Umbazooksus, horse racing, playing cards and music nights at the Snow Rovers in East Millinocket.
Kenny is survived by 2 sisters, Pauline McLean and Mabel Vinson, a brother Dennis Pennell, great nephew Thomas Creehan Jr., 2 great nieces Danielle Willigar and Melissa Creehan. Many special nieces and nephews that thought of Kenny as a grandfather.
He is predeceased by brothers Donald Crosby, Edwin Runnells and George Runnells, a special niece Laurie Day, nephews Wayne Crosby and James “Jimmy” McLean.
The Family would like to thank all the staff at Katahdin Health Care for all the love and care they gave to Kenny while he was there.
Viewing hours for Kenny will be Thursday, June 3rd 2021 at Lamson Funeral Home in Millinocket for 6 to 8 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 4th 2021 at 1:00 pm at the First Congregational Church at 11 Maple St. in East Millinocket. A graveside burial will follow the service at the East Millinocket Cemetery.
Information about a possible gathering after the service will be available at the funeral.
