There, she received wonderful care and enjoyed the other residents as well. Joanna was a long time member of Christ the Divine Mercy Parish and the Daughters of Isabella.
As a younger woman she enjoyed being a member of the Millinocket Players. She and daughter, Kathy, went on 19 of the 20 Mystery Tours organized by Nancy DeWitt. She was still plowing her own driveway at age 87. Joanna was a hard worker and was employed by various small businesses in the community.
