Obituary for Jeffrey H. Folster
Enfield – Jeffrey H. Folster, 53, succumbed to cancer on Monday, April 10, 2023. He was born November 4, 1969 in Marlboro, Massachusetts, the son of Howard and Dorothy (Martin) Folster.
Jeff graduated from PVHS in Howland, class of 1988. He went on to building trades at Eastern Maine Technical College in Bangor, graduating in 1990. He worked for various contactors before he started his career with the Lincoln Color Center where he continued his professional career for over 27 years.
He married Jae R. Libby in 1996 and they resided in Enfield. Their son Jaeden Searle was born in 1999. Jeff enjoyed watching his favorite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Red Sox baseball. His favorite passion was watching Jaeden
play sports throughout his high school years.
Along with his parents, Jeff is survived by his wife and son. He is also survived by his mother in law Cyndy Libby and “Uncle” Paul; his sisters in law, Leiah Workman and her husband Rob, and Darcie Ward and her husband Al; nephews and niecesJarrett, Malloree, Sara, Scotti, Emily, Nathan, and Erynn; brothers in law Scott Priest
and Greg Tasker; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many great friends left behind that he called family – cherishing all the adventures they enjoyed.
Jeff was predeceased by his father-in-law Gene Libby, and sister-in-law Lisa Libby.
Per Jeff’s wishes, there will be no public gathering.
