Obituary

Millinocket – Geneva M. Higgins, 91, went to be with the Lord Thursday, December 06, 2018 at a Millinocket health care facility. She was born April 17, 1927 in Howland, the daughter of Victor and Hedwidge (Dumas) Saucier.
Geneva grew up in Howland, and was a graduate of Howland High School, class of 1945. After graduating, she moved to Millinocket to work and met Harold Higgins, whom she would marry on October 9, 1948. Geneva was a communicant at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Millinocket.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Harold Higgins of Millinocket; four children, Stephen Higgins, David Higgins, Harold Higgins, Jr. and his wife Jaynie, and Mary Beth Tabor and her husband Paul; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Geneva was predeceased by thirteen siblings.
Friends are invited to visit with the family 10 – 11 A.M.
