Obituary

Millinocket – Frederick J. Pasquine, Jr., 67, died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at his home in Millinocket. He was born September 30, 1951 in Millinocket, the son of Frederick J. and Rita H. (Gallant) Pasquine.
Fred was a graduate of Stearns High School, class of 1971 and went right to work at Great Northern Paper Company, and stayed there until his retirement. Fred was proud of his Italian heritage, and to have grown up in Little Italy, and continued living there until his death. He will be remembered as a good cook and his love of Italian food and seafood. He especially enjoyed barbequed lamb. He cared deeply for his family and friends, who will lovingly miss and fondly remember him.
He is survived by his life partner, Melissa A. Pasquine; two sons, Frederick J. Pasquine, III and Brian Pasquine; four sisters, Elaine B. Manzo and her husband Norm L’Heureux, Sharon M. Michaud, Judy A. Waltz and her husband Harold, Tammy J. Kaspala and her husband Richard; and a brother, William A. Frisbie and his wife Joanie; three grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Fred was predeceased by a son, Matthew J. Pasquine.
Memorial services will be held in the springtime at Lamson Funeral Home in Millinocket, with interment at the Millinocket Cemetery.
