Grenbush – Fannie P. Beers, 100, wife of the late Kenneth F. Beers, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 25, 2019 at a Howland health care facility. She was born December 31, 1918 in Greenbush, the daughter of Lemuel C. and Clara M. (Savage) Horton.
Much like many of her generation who grew up during the depression, Fannie lived simply and preferred an obituary that reflected those values.
She is survived by 8 grandchildren, Lisa Berube and her husband Jim, Julie LaVertue and her husband Galen, Dean Beers and his wife Valerie, Brian Brouillette and his wife Kathleen, Andrew LeClair and his wife Selena, Kevin LeClair and his wife Wendy, Matthew LeClair, and Linwood Kalel and his wife Elisha; 10 great grandchildren, Ricky Bryant, Anthony Berberian, Erika LaVertue and Christopher Wheaton, Violet Beers, Andrew LeClair, Jr., Ethan LeClair, Alexis LeClair, Joseph Greene, Kyle LeClair, and Brock LeClair; 7 great grandchildren; and three nephews, Galen Sanborn and his wife Joyce, Garry Sanborn, and Lemuel Sanborn and his wife Karleen.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Fannie was predeceased by her three children, Dean K. Beers, Dale C. Beers Brouilette, and Dorene H. Beers LeClair, two grandchildren, Karen Brouillette, Daniel K. LeClair, a great granddaughter, Heather H. Bryant Dyer, and two sisters, Nellie Gray and Effie Sanborn.
Services will be privately held at a later date. Arrangements are by Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, Lincoln.
