I am truly sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the Rush family find comfort and strength in Jesus promise along with our heavenly father Jehovah of the earthly resurrection found at John 5:28, 29, when death will be eliminated forever found at Revelations 21:4. Truly, what a glorious and almost unbelievable day that will be! It's a reality though for God cannot lie!

I send my sincere condolences on our loss, only the passing of time seems to make us feel almost whole again (at least that's been my experience). I want you all to know that every time I visited him in Bangor or Millinocket we had great visits and meaningful conversations. He always mentioned two things. One was that fact the he was okay with the inevitable, the other was how awesome (his word) his family had been through this whole thing from beginning to end. He could not say enough positive things about all of you. The love, support, guidance, and care you provided to him and each other was amazing to witness, and really made a difference to him. Although Dennis and I went our separate ways many years ago he was always a friend of mine. Many good times spent at his dads camp. Many good memories with my old friend Dennis. May all of his family know that Dennis was loved by me. Shannon was his greatest love. Dennis always kept me informed of her and how proud he was of her. Rest in peace Dennis. Your old friend Paul.

To my Dearest Shannon Marie "Rush" and family. I am so sorry for the loss of your father Shan. I know losing a parent is never easy but the bond you have always had with your father is amazing. Hold tight to your heart the happy memories. And remember you have all the great qualities of your Dads easy going, fun loving, outgoing personality. He is at peace now, probably jamming with a guitar. Love you forever.

So sorry to hear about Dennis. I have many nice memories of him (and all three of you girls) from Knox Street. Playing kick the can, sliding behind your house and putting on shows -hanging a blanket on the clothesline for a stage curtain. I think he was not especially enthusiastic about our shows and we might have coerced him into participating. May your memories of him be a comfort .
