Millinocket - David Guy Jr., 55, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on December 11th 2018. He is survived by his wife Rose Guy, daughters Whitney Guy and Angela Guy. Also survived by his father David Guy Sr., sister Barbara and Bruce Legassey of Millinocket, Brother Chris and Shana Guy of Glenburn, sister in-law Heather Guy of Pennsylvania and step children Rashell Sweet of Greenbush, Travis Deabay of Bangor, and Monica Deabay of Bangor. David Guy Jr., is predeceased by his mother Marlene Guy and brother Jeffrey Guy, both of Millinocket. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece's and nephew's and great niece's and nephew's. David Guy Jr., was a graduate of Stearns High School, Class of ‘82, he then went on to graduate college at NMVT in Presque Isle. Following graduation, he began working for his parents at D&M Sales and became the owner. He is locally known as the owner of D&M Sales, but more importantly known as a father, husband, brother, uncle, friend, and an all around outstanding “Guy”. Dave especially enjoyed watching his daughters grow up and attending every schooling and sporting event, no matter the time or distance. He expressed his love for them endlessly and praised how helpful they were during his time of need to everyone. Dave also enjoyed boating and camping with his family and friends. The annual hunting and ice fishing trips with his friends will be memories they will all forever cherish. A special thank you to some of his close friends Jim, Murphy, and Chuck for all their help and support, it meant the world to him.

Friends are invited to visit with the family 4-7 P.M. Friday, December 21 at the Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack Street, Millinocket, where funeral services will be held 7 P.M. with the Rev. Allen Hamlin officiating. Spring interment will be at the Millinocket Cemetery.
