Charles Michael Dwayne Stanley (46) passed unexpectedly February 25, 2021. Charlie “Bub” was born October 21st, 1974 to the parents of Charles and Franciene (Thompson) Stanley in the town of Millinocket, Maine. Charlie had such a kind heart, and could always bring a smile to anyones face, especially those who needed it most. He loved spending time with his girls, and their families, and most importantly, his first grandson Presley Amon, who brought so much happiness to his life. Bub loved his family very much and always enjoyed bringing everyone together for BBQs and other gatherings. He will always be remembered as the “cook” in his family. When the girls were growing up he took great pride in coaching peewee basketball, and softball, and rarely ever missing a basketball game from the time the girls were little, straight through high school. Charlie had several nieces, and nephews who he loved, and treated like his own, as well as a son “I’d dread to have,” Kody Pelletier. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, and is now is reunited with his best friend and dad tearing up all the golf course greens.
Charlie is predeceased by his father Charles A. Stanley, grandparents Otho Stanley and Lillian Stanley, grandfather Ronald E. Thompson, as well his uncle Ronald M. Thompson.
With great sadness he leaves behind his mother Franciene Stanley; daughters Katie Stanley, significant other Andrew and their son Presley, Julia Stanley, significant other Nick, as well as their mother Rebekah Stanley. Grandmother Evangeline Thompson, three brothers, Earl Stanley and significant other Jessica, Benjamin and wife Christina Stanley, Joseph and wife Katy Stanley; nieces Lillian, Lexis, Autumn, and nephews Joseph, Brandon, and Cayden, a very special uncle and aunt Dwayne and Peggy Stanley, and special aunt Betty Ann Larson, as well as many other aunts and uncles, and cousins who Charlie loved very much, along with a few special friends Robbie, Janet, Greg, and Matt.
