Obituary for Barbara K. Trafton (Gordon)
Lincoln – Barbara K. Trafton, 87, wife of the late Kenneth Trafton, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at a Lincoln health care facility. She was born September 22, 1933 in Springfield, the daughter of Lloyd and Katherine (Boyington) Gordon.
Barbara enjoyed warm weather when she could plant flowers and enjoy watching them grow. She also enjoyed spending time at the lake and boating.
She is survived by a son, Glenn Trafton and Belinda of Lincoln; a brother, Douglas Gordon of Maryland; a sister, Paula Cole of Scarborough; stepchildren, Carolyn Gary and Gayle Trafton of Lincoln, Harlan Trafton, Kathy Pelletier and her husband Larry of Mattawamkeag; and many nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren. In addition to her husband and her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her brothers, Randolph, Baxter, and Walter Gordon.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM Saturday, November 21 at the Lincoln Cemetery. Services will be livestreamed at this site.
