Obituary for Adele Marie Parent

Lincoln – Our dear sweet Angel Adele went to be with her grandparents in heaven on Monday, February 22, 2021. She was born September 11, 2013, the daughter of Jayson M. Parent and Tricia L. Mutty.

Adele will be remembered for her fun-loving adventurous spirit. She was an outgoing little girl who was fearless in everything she did. No tree was too tall, no vehicle could go too fast, and no challenge was too great for her to attempt and enjoy. Adele was a gymnast, singer, and dancer and loved being the center of attention. She was sassy but not rude. Adele was a Red Sox fan, and as a young girl would go to sleep while having “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” sung to her. She loved nature and all things outside and wanted to be a veterinarian when she grew up. Adele had a smile that would brighten any and every room. One of Adele’s favorite pastimes was spending time in the kitchen, baking pies and anything else she could think of. It was her job to make the stuffing for Thanksgiving dinner. She will be lovingly missed and fondly remembered by the many lives of the people she encountered during her short time on earth.

Adele is survived by her mother, Tricia Mutty and step dad, John White; father Jayson Parent and step mother Jen Parent; step siblings Lily Mutty, Elliot White and Silas Kinney; grandparents Michelle Lane, Norma Parent, Lyman Corson and his wife Anna, and Wanda White; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, and friends. She was predeceased by grandfathers Malcolm Lane, Jay Parent, and John White, Sr., and a cousin, David Stickney.

Memorial services will be held 5 P.M. Monday, March 1 at CrossPoint Church, Broadway, Bangor with the Rev. Jerry Mick, pastor, officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family 6-8 PM on Saturday, March 6 at Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln.
